House Rules
Every great challenge needs a set of rules to ensure success. The Pro Challenge is no different! Here, you’ll find the foundational guidelines that help create a productive, focused, and professional environment. Whether it’s communication etiquette, participation expectations, or best practices for getting the most out of the challenge, these rules will set you up for success. (More details will be added later.)
- Properly Set Your Expectations - This isn't a set it and forget it process. Properly marketing a business takes work and luck is the only guarantee for immediate results. As a business owner, you already know that this is going to be a decent amount of work.
- You MUST Sign Up To Download Pro Challenge Kit - In order to get the downloads, templates, and get access to all of the other resources, you need at least sign up for the FREE Pro Challenge, or sign up for Pro Challenge Pro Kit which includes your membership to the Pro Branding Club™ and ALL PRO RESOURCES & PROMPTS.

Secure Passwords
One of the most overlooked aspects of business security is password management. Weak passwords make you an easy target for hackers, which can lead to data breaches, identity theft, and financial loss. We’ll show you how to create and manage secure passwords, use a password manager, and implement two-factor authentication to keep your accounts safe.
Google Chrome: The Browser of Choice
For the best experience in the Pro Challenge, we recommend using Google Chrome. It’s fast, secure, and works seamlessly with the tools we’ll be using. With Chrome’s extensive library of extensions, you can enhance productivity, manage passwords, and even automate tasks to streamline your workflow.

In the Pro Challenge, we’ll be using Gmail as our primary email platform. Gmail isn’t just for sending and receiving emails—it integrates with Google Drive, Calendar, and other essential business tools. We’ll walk you through setting up your Gmail for maximum efficiency, including inbox organization, email automation, and professional branding.
ChatGPT: Your AI Assistant
Throughout the Pro Challenge, you’ll use ChatGPT as your personal content creator, brainstorming partner, and automation tool. Whether you need help writing marketing copy, planning social media posts, or generating ideas for your business, ChatGPT will help you work smarter, not harder. Plus, we’ll cover how to use prompts effectively to get the best results.
Airtable: The Ultimate Business Organizer
We’ll be using Airtable to manage everything from content planning to client management. With the BuiltByPro Airtable Base Template, you’ll have a powerful system for tracking your projects, scheduling content, conducting keyword research, and organizing essential business data. If spreadsheets and CRMs had a baby, it would be Airtable—flexible, intuitive, and essential for scaling your business.
Defining Your Business Idea
What problem does your business solve? Who does it serve? Why does it exist? If you can’t clearly define your business idea, you’ll struggle with marketing, branding, and growth. In this section, you’ll learn how to write out your business idea in a way that makes it crystal clear—for yourself and your future customers.
Know Your Exit Strategy
Before you even start your business, you should know how you plan to exit it. Will you build something to sell in five years? Will you pass it down to your children? Understanding your exit strategy influences decisions about branding, scaling, and financial planning. Whether your goal is acquisition, franchising, or legacy-building, we’ll help you start with the end in mind.
Target Market 101
You can’t market effectively if you don’t know who you’re marketing to. Defining your target market is more than just demographics—it’s about understanding their needs, pain points, and buying behaviors. This section will help you identify your ideal customer and ensure your business speaks directly to them.
Branded Avatar: Your Ideal Customer, Defined
Beyond identifying your target market, the Branded Avatar concept helps you create a detailed persona of your ideal customer. What motivates them? What challenges do they face? Where do they spend their time online? A well-defined Branded Avatar allows you to craft marketing messages that feel like they’re speaking directly to your audience.
Client Compass: Mapping the Customer Journey
Your potential customers go through a journey before they ever buy from you. The Client Compass helps you map that journey—understanding their first interaction with your brand, their decision-making process, and how you can continue to serve them even after the sale. When you know where your customers are in their journey, you can meet them with the right message at the right time.
