The "Full Year Total Start-Up Cost" is calculated to be a completely annual option. Cloudways doesn't have annual packages available because of the way they handle their billing.

That being said, we in no way are saying that you shouldn't consider Cloudways Hosting. Aside from a few smaller websites, our main websites are ALL hosted with Cloudways.
