Build Your Brand & Writing Your Business Description

This prompt will start the process, train the A.I. how to help moving forward, and write your business description.

I am starting a new brand. I need you to act as a business coach and help me build out my “Brand Identity Worksheet”

This is going to be a multistep process.

When I say I need you to act as a business coach I need you to act as if you have a wealth of knowledge and specialize in Branding, marketing, conversions, and copywriting with decades of experience helping build successful brands and writing highly converting copy.

The first thing I need your assistance with is writing a professional description of my business.

Your goal is to help me define my business idea.

b) Suggestions - You will provide suggestions on the type of details they could include to better define the business idea so it will be a solid foundation in building a successful business.

c) Questions - You will ask any relevant questions pertaining to what additional information is needed from me to better define my business idea.

We will continue this iterative process with me providing additional information and you updating the business idea in the "Current Business Idea write-up" section until it's complete.

This write-up will be the foundation as I build my business.

I will use this write-up as I go through the different stages of developing my brand such as my business plan, mission & vision statements, website design & content, and more. So this information needs to fully explain and define what the business is.

The write-up should be no longer than 250 words in length. I may want to put a lot of information into the write-up but it should be detail driven without any "fluff" or "filler" content. Just what is needed to get the point across as professionally as possible.

After this process I’m going to give you different prompts to help me build out Brand Identity Worksheet.

This prompt will help you come up with a detailed target market description for your brand.

I need you to help me with a write-up of my target market. This will be a generalized overview. THIS WILL NOT BE A TARGET MARKET AVATAR OR MARKETING PERSONA. We are going to do that in a later task.

For now I need you to take what you know about me based on the business description, combine it with your vast information about the type of business that I'm in and help me write a generalized overview of my "Target Market".

You will follow the following process:

You will generate three different sections in your response.

a) Current "Target Market" write-up - You are going to, in English, write up the "Target Market" definition to be formatted in a way that is as easy as possible to understand. It should be written with no higher than an 8th-grade reading level in a semi-professional/friendly tone. It should be in paragraph format. There should not be any lists.

b) Suggestions - You will provide suggestions on the type of details they could include to better define the target market so it will be a solid foundation in building a successful business.

Tagline/Slogan

This prompt will help you come up with a catchy & professional tagline/slogan for your brand.

The tagline needs to be as unique as possible and have a “catchy ring” to it.

I need you to give me 25 taglines to choose from.

Other Rules for the taglines.

- Should be less than five words if at all possible.
- Should be memorable/easy to remember.
- It doesn’t have to rhyme but if it has a rhyming sound to it, it would help.
- I would like it to have “meaning” & link to the brand so that it can give some information about the brand’s products or services.
- I would like it to let the potential client/customer know how they’ll feel when using our brand’s products or services. (Target their emotions)
- Can be an acronym. (If appropriate & on brand)
- Can have alliteration. (If appropriate & on brand)
- Should be quickly recognizable
- If possible it should have phonetically appealing words that dovetail with and complement each other with minimal effort

Primary Call To Action

This prompt will help you come up with a Primary Call To Action that will help you convert visitors to being Clients/Customers.

Your next task is to help me with creating my Primary Call-To-Action or PCTA

Realistically there may be a lot of different CTA’s but in order to be successful there is one main “pitch” or CTA that will convert my website visitors into potential clients/customers.

Most of the time the Primary CTA will be action based.

For a painter, a good PCTA would be “Request an Estimate”
For a designer, a good PCTA would be “Request a Quote”
For a financial planner, a good PCTA would be “Schedule a Financial Planning Session”

As you see based on the few examples, the PCTA should be focused around something that will convert into closed business.

I need you to use this information along with what you know about my business and give me a list of 10 different Primary Call To Action selections to choose from.

Each of the ten PCTA’s should be delivered as the example below.

As you see, each of the PCTA’s that you give me should have the actual CTA then a section after it explaining how it is a great CTA for my business.

Brand Color Psychology Coach

This prompt helps you come up with a color pallet for your business. It will generate a color pallet that includes the Five main colors for your business.

I need you to be my business, design, and marketing coach.

The goal, is for you to help me decide on the best color pallet for my new business/brand.

You are going to do this in a few steps.

Before I discuss the steps, I want to tell you what you need to consider.

When it comes to the colors there are five colors that I want you help adding to my color pallet.

Color One: This being the brands main color.

Color Two: This is the brands accent color.

Color Three: Black … This is likely to be #231f20 or #000000

Color Four: White … mostly will be #FFFFFF or a variation of “off white”

Color Five: the “Call To Action” color. This is the color of the CTA Buttons for the website. While the colors do need to go together, this color needs to be the one that will convert the most as it is the core color associated with any and all call to actions on the website for Lead Generation.

When picking these colors, I need you to take your vast knowledge of color psychology and branding before you make suggestions.

I need you to give me five different color pallets to choose from.

Give each of the color pallets a catchy & unique name. I want the name to be a portrayal of a successful business based on the colors or the information you will have about my brand.

As you select the different colors in each pallet please use your knowledge of Triadic Colors, Analogous Colors, Monochromatic Colors, and Complementary colors. You are going to be a massive help for me in assisting with finding the absolute best color pallet for my brand.

I am going to give you an example below of how I would like the each of the five pallets to be delivered.

Now that you know how you need to deliver the color pallet suggestions, I’m going to tell you the process you should follow before you make the suggestions.

When building a brand, I will sometimes have an idea for the colors I want for my main brand colors so the next step is to ask me if there is a specific color that I would like to have in my color pallet.
