1. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this agreement, the term “Template” refers to all files provided as part of the Easy Website Template™ download package, including but not limited to:

• Page templates
• Pre-written content
• Blog content
• Shortcut files
• Legal page templates
• All bonuses and add-ons included with your purchase or membership
• Any files provided through the Pro Branding Club™ Website Template Library or any other distribution method by BuiltByPro™.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the Easy Website Template™, you agree to abide by the terms of this Lease Agreement in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use the Template.

3. LICENSE & PERMITTED USE

• This license grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive lease to use the Template on one (1) website installation only.
• The Template is provided as a design and content framework only. All content is intended as a placeholder or guide.
• You are solely responsible for replacing template content with your own original materials before launching your website.
• This lease does not grant ownership of the Template. BuiltByPro™ retains all rights, title, and interest in the Template.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

• Sell, license, sub-license, or otherwise distribute the Template (whether modified or unmodified).
• Transfer or assign ownership or license rights to any other individual or entity.
• Share the Template with any third party (including uploading to file-sharing platforms, cloud drives, or membership groups).
• Use the Template as the basis of a competing product or offer it as part of any bundled service or package without prior written consent from BuiltByPro™.
